「Hotel is well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the relaxing environment and wide variety of food choices. Swimming pools and private beach at the hotel is a plus. Definitely worth going to the spa restaurant koral in the hotel. Will stay in kempinski again next time when I visit Bali. 」

「The hotel is really nice of the environment and the service. The therapist of SPA were very good, we did enjoy the massage very much. However although we made a reservation for the restaurant, it seemed the staffs didn’t realize we visited it and send a mail to us on the next day for missing our arrival. The shower in the room was really weak, it didn’t come out any water during the mid night which was bit terrible.」

We stayed in the pool suite, the room was pretty big, private pool was awesome to have floating breakfast and use after public pool closed, and the view was fantastic that when we woke up we could see the ocean right away in bed.
