「My girl friend and I wanted a get away weekend for Valentines day. After we checked in we were informed that the pool was closed for unknown reasons and we could drive three miles to another hotel to use their pool. We were also told that the water was being shut off at 9:00 am on our last day. Add in the constant dog barking down the hall and my perfect weekend wasn't so perfect.」

And there was no one available for 5 days to discuss a refund. We checked out. The rooms were clean but very dated and bleach stains all over the carpet」
