「Location was perfect, service was good.」

「Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet room.」

「Beautiful resort with amazing landscaping, just across the road from Lake Michigan. The property has a pool and its own beachfront. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. It is also working walking distance to several restaurants, and onsite parking is convenient. Check out the cool breakfast place just next door that has great food and sailboats surfboards for tables.」

「Beautiful property, perfect location」

「We enjoyed our stay at Newport Resort. The outside was nice to approach and was nicely decorated for fall and the inside was very clean and also decorated nicely for fall. The room we stayed in was clean, open, and not just laid out like a typical hotel room. It felt like we were in our own little condo. Can’t wait to come back again very soon!」

「Everything was perfect. The rooms are clean, the stuff is very friendly, the owners are very helpful and nice. Expedia should do a better job informing the owners who would come and when. The owners knew we are coming but didn't have any way to communicate with us because Expedia didn't send them my phone or email. All was well when I called the owners and they realise it was us.」

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this property. I loved how dog friendly it was, that was my favorite part. Also, Jason at the front desk was very friendly and the room was so clean! I will definitely be back!」

「Clean room nice staff」

「It was great to be a part of a resort on such beautiful grounds but yet have the privacy of our own suite. So much nicer than being in a hotel.」

「Bed bugs」

「Nice kitchen, fire place.」

「It was very accommodating and everything worked great. Exactly what you need」

「Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast. Balcony needs to be cleaned up a bit from spider webs. Beautiful views from our room. The outdoor wooded walkways need to be painted. We would stay again.」

「Nice resort nestled in the woods. Not much to do. Room was clean pleasant and comfortable.」
