「We always enjoy our stay at Dunes Village! The room we stayed in had a good view of the ocean, was very clean, and communication with the host was excellent. I do wish the rooms had a window that faces outside instead of the hallway, but that isn’t something that can be changed, and it didn’t affect our trip. 」

「Booked a room for 8 people and there was only 3 blanket..for 8 people...room was pretty clean amd everyhting was okay had to contcat people about door coor to get into the hotel as it wasnt provided...inly preety much w ejad was not enough blankets. 」

「I love the fact that it was right on the beach. It was very peaceful quiet. The only problem I had was that you can’t get new towels every day and they get walking up at your sleep by the construction people.」

「I paid for a three bedroom and received a two bedroom NEVER AGAIN.. pillows and sheets were disgusting had to purchase my own!」

「This was a nice place to stay..It was quiet and people were friendly. Specific to our unit, the only things that I feel needed attention was perhaps adding some ceiling fans, in the bedroom and living room. It seemed like the air conditioner struggled a bit and may need updating. I imagine it would not have been cool enough in the summer. The bathroom should be updated. But everything else at the condo was very nice. 」

「For the price it’s awesome. Not the best but certainly not the worst. We cleaned the room once we got there. It wasn’t filthy but not clean enough for us. Pools and amenities were clean and great. We enjoyed staying there and will be back. 」

「It was a spacious room for two and very convenient to the beach, but further away from the boardwalk shops...the only downside was the cleaning expectations of the paying guests. I understand taking out ones garbage and tiding up ones mess but cleanin.... 」

「Check in is pretty easy, once you figure out where the office is. The condo building is really nice and has very fast elevators. The condo itself is nice with a patio overlooking the beach. On this particular visit, the AC was not working, unfortunately. So it was very warm inside, making it tough to sleep. This is our 3rd time staying here and this is the first time we’ve had an issue like that.」

「We stayed in A3 (3rd floor corner) condo. Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 11 and under kids) and it was more than enough room for us. Clean & spacious. 2 full bathrooms and the washer/dryer were AWESOME. The condo provided plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, & soap. I would recommend bringing an extra or 2 of blankets and pillows. All of the condos have closets on the ground floor to store beach chairs and other things in and A3 had a closet full of beach chairs, toys etc. Now for negatives. No...
