「I am local and I needed 4 days very close to my house and to the Beach and not spend too much. This is an excellent opportunity, the prices are affordable. Even if you are from outside Miami, this is perfect!! I was at the beach from 7:00 to 10:30 am and from 7pm to 10:00 pm. The beauty of the sunset was indescribable. Definitely I will book here again, next time. 」

「Pretty good experience! The location is great and it contains personal beach which avoid crowded as in south beach. Is is clean and have beautiful scene. The service is also great! There are always help whenever needed!」

「Great location right in front of the beach! The front desk personnel were extremely friendly, rooms were very clean, and I appreciated the communication through their texting system. The drop-off is a bit confusing. If you're taking a taxi, the best place to get dropped off is the corner surf shop, then you can walk through the shopping center towards the back. You'll see signs guiding you to the entrance. 」

「This is the most terrible experience for me. The room is so small, dark and dirty. They don’t provide any parking space. I have to pay $50 for parking for overnight far away. I will not recommend to any person. 」

「The property itself was very nice. The room was basic and dated but we had an ocean front room, great view. Everything was in working order. The beach chairs left in the closet were not beach chairs but they worked. I would definitly stay here again and I recommend this property. we were very happy with this property.」
