"The hotel is in a very good location and very walkable to almost everything. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel itself is a little outdated. So, if you're looking for fancy this is not the place for you. The toilet and sink could use replacements. The also required the submission of your ID for what should be standard: iron, AC remote, etc. I would stay again. The good outweigh the bad."

"This is an excellent aparthotel situated in a prime location, close to everything interesting. The staff is helpful and attentive. Our room was well-appointed, tidy, and in good condition. The major downside is the soundproofing; the noise is literally unbearable 24/7."

"I have no complaints about this hotel, very centrally located, clean, updated, very friendly to international travelers. Check in desk was english friendly (and friendly overall), check in process was easy, when I got to the room it was spotless. I've seen reviews about the noise on the street facing side, I was on the backside and didn't hear a peep during my stay. When it comes to the room itself, I have no complaints, very spacious, updated and clean. There is a water purification system in the lobby and they provide two bottles of water upon arrival that you can reuse / refill as needed. Surrounding area has so much going on, I walked to most of the places I wanted to visit, miscellaneous bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants and bars and was never more than a 10 minute uber from anywhere else I wanted to go. Great property, very helpful staff and I would definitely re-book if traveling to Mexico City again"

"overall, a great stay! the room was clean and had great amenities. only thing is our thermostat didn’t work so it would get chilly at times. The front desk was great and they have a cafe downstairs which was very handy when we wanted to grab some coffee. The area was quiet and felt safe. Great restaurants around and just a 5-7 min walk to the metro. Would definitely stay here again :) "

"Clean pleasant room. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant. I only ate there once but it was late the food was good and the service excellent. There is a store and a pharmacy practically next door and a great cafe around the corner. (Miga Cafe). It quickly felt like my home away from home. Highly recommend it. Dont expect fluent English. Learn some Spanish. You will be glad you did. "
