「Full kitchen and then bathroom was huge with a walk in closet and washer/dryer! I went for ACL and it’s about a half hr walk from the Barton springs entrance. We got riders there each day which was inexpensive and then walked back since it was cooler! Good food and bars in the area as well.」

「Very convenient for the airport and you can leave your car parked in their lot for $12/day. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was good too.」

「Rooms where clean, unfortunately the staff isn’t the best mannered. Man behind counter (1am oct,14) was snippy about giving me a new room key after I to him the original stopped working, he wanted to go back n fourth instead so I sternly told him we need a new key. 「Very clean property, very easy to get in and out . Have to pay for parking , not that great」

「First and foremost the customer service was Amazingly spot on, the room and the view is just breathtaking, I loved everything about the hotel. 10/10 I would say. 」

「I was misled to book this hotel, and explained to the hotel that we would like to cancel this stay, but they still checked us in while I was explaining to them, and later on told us that the stay was not cancellable because we had checked in. I called Expedia and talked to them through Expedia but the issue was not solved, so we were finally forced to live there, after one hour waste to time, and I got allergy by sleeping on the sofa bed. The front desk lady was aloof.」

「Small room and bad food..everything else was fine」

「Everything was wonderful for us very tired travelers. The only thing was that the shower floor got VERY slippery when it got soap on it. The water is so soft that it wouldn’t rinse off. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.」

「好👍」

「Not very satisfied with shuttle service. The table, floor and eveywhere is sticky. Dirty water comes out from shower tab. Towels are musty. Breakfast is good that you can test sweet strawberries. Overall CP value is low. It won't be my option next time while visit Austin again.」
