「When I booked it with Expedia, it said restaurant on site and pool with hot tub and pool. The restaurant was non existent. There were advertisements in the elevators for it. When my husband went to use the hot tub for his back, which is why I booked this hotel, it is all torn apart. The pool area is a MESS!!!!! If you are going to stay here this summer, I would NIOT!」

「Our stay was wonderful! The property was just exactly how it was listed. Beds and pillows were of excellent quality. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The owners communicated with us and attended to our needs. We definitely will be staying there again. 」

「We had a lakeside room and it was pretty good ONLy issue was that their complementary boat and kayaks were not available. It was raining in the morning but the afternoon was cleared. That said they didn’t operate the boats」

「We’ve stayed here many times and generally have a great stay. This stay, we opted to pay an additional $85 for a two hour late check out. From 11am- 1 pm, the front desk called to ask why we hadn’t left, we were interrupted by two different individuals on three occasions knocking on the door asking why we hadn’t left, then came back asking what time out late check out was. The room key wouldn’t work after noon. It was a huge disappointment when we wanted to enjoy a relaxing morning with no...

「The ATM could not display any $$. I went to the Sheraton across the street. Same for dinner. Carts at the entrance a mess. Asian driver loud and think he is funny… may be he is! Shuttle needs deep cleaning!!」
