The entire reason I reserved this particular hotel was to use the hot tub after a long day skiing. It was not the cheapest option for sure, but the pics showed that nice hot tub. Imagine my surprise when I checked in and the hot tub was not working! The hotel itself was fine, although the beds and the overall vibe are a little tired. I certainly expected more for the amount of money I spent to stay a night.
