「Clean, right off main street」

「I recently stayed at the Snowshoe Lodge in Lake Placid, NY, and it was an absolute gem! The lodge was super cute and impeccably clean, creating such a cozy and welcoming vibe. I especially loved the separate living area with a kitchenette, which made it so convenient for relaxing and whipping up quick meals. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—within walking distance to the charming downtown Lake Placid, with its shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to some fantastic hiking...

「The "breakfast buffet" was not a buffet. It was not worth the money it cost. You chose from a very limited menu and i wouldn't call it a restaurant. Very disappointing, very misleading. Not worth $46 that i paid when booking the hotel. 」

「This is a full service hotel. Coffee and granola bars in the lobby in the morning, cookies and lemonade in the afternoon. A water fountain to fill your water bottles. Cozy seats everywhere for games and drinks. Towels at every pool (2 indoor, 2 outdoor). Kayaks, peddle boats, and paddle boards at the lake front are included. Excellent bathroom amenities with high flow showers. It is not cheap to stay there, but the facility leaves you satisfied that you received what you paid for. 」

「The property is perfectly and centrally located. The grounds are kept gorgeous by staff. I have to shout out your front desk staff , Christiana . She was absolutely fantastic. After hitting a deer on the Northway heading to the Adirondacks she was so comforting and reassuring and just all around pleasent. I can't thank her enough . 5 stars from me 」

「It was a lovely stay however for families with small kids - rooms don’t have a kettle for preparing baby bottles and there are no high chairs on the property. Good for adults without kids though! 」
