It was a beautiful property and staff was very helpful and welcoming! Breakfast was not included and not delicious. We will stay here again but will not eat IN. Would be fun for summer since there is an ice cream shop next door! Flower Lake was gorgeous.

The room was very nice and spacious. There was a small wedding going on so we didn't spwnd any time in the lounge area downstairs or use any of the other facilities.

Never in my life have I experienced such courteous and friendly staff as dedicated as the ones at this hotel. We went there to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and the staff provided a birthday card signed by the whole staff as well as a couple of freshly made pieces of cheesecake that they stuck in our mini fridge while we were out shopping. The property itself is gorgeous, very elegant. The rooms were very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. We ended up having breakfast at the in hotel restaurant and it was amazing. Whenever we travel back to Saranac this is exactly where we will be staying again!

This was a super nice off-season stay. The staff was super friendly, and the property was well-maintained. Make sure you get the rate with included breakfast because they have fried potatoes second to none (the rest of the breakfast was awesome, too) with a winterly view of frozen Saranac Lake.
