「I rented a room for my daughter and when she arrived, she said the person at the front desk was rude and unpleasant. I rented a jacuzzi suite and even verified this a couple months in advanced via message through Expedia to the hotel but that was not the room rented to my daughter. When I called the hotel to inquire about the issues, the woman hung up on me. I immediately made reservations at another property and requested a refund. 「The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided.
