「Clean room. Accommodating staff. Relaxing atmosphere at the adult pool.」

「Lovely property, room was clean and well appointed. We had an oceanfront room and loved hearing the surf at night. This resort is really not a place for young children. The pool is small and better suited for adults or older young people.」

「⭐ Beware of Hidden Fees – $593 in Unexpected Charges! Be very careful when booking this property! We were shocked to discover $593 in additional charges at check-in, including a $250 cleaning fee, a $79 damage waiver fee, and a $100 amenity fee, plus taxes. These charges were not clearly disclosed upfront. To make matters worse, the property was not even properly cleaned! For a $250 cleaning fee, you would expect the place to be spotless. Paying an additional $593 on top of the advertised...

「The overall hotel experience was great. The staff were all super friendly and helpful with any questions or issues that arose. The room itself was very clean and comfortable for our stay. No issues with parking, as there was always a spot for us to find and even if we had to walk a little further from the main parking lot it didn’t phase us as we got to experience the beauty of the resort as we did so. Breakfast has great hours and offers a good variety of food and drinks at the morning coffee...

「Edwin at check in was prompt, courteous and professional. Will who works maintenance there is very welcoming and helpful. Both of them are definitely an asset to your hotel. Everyone who works there was kind, considerate and helpful.」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Birthday Stay Ever! 🌺 We had the absolute best stay at Hale Hokuala Kauai! The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, extremely clean, peaceful, and secluded, making it feel like your own little paradise. The amenities are fantastic, and there’s even a beach access path right next to the hotel. The location is perfect because you feel tucked away, yet you’re conveniently located near everything on the island. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to...

「There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one...
