"Our family loved the water park- it was awesome! However we were a little disappointed that we felt like the room wasn't taken care of. For instance, we had no hand soap, no paper towels, and no wash cloths. The instructions we were given were to text a number to request these things, and I texted them several times with no response. The room was good- we loved the screened in balcony for our kiddos, the pool and the ice cream shop; however, we just felt some basic things in regards to our room were not taken care of."

"Rooms a little dated. Staff put hard push to sit for vacation club presentation. Location is great and rooms were nice size. "

"Breakfast was horrible. Rooms need to be cleaned better!! When I arrived I could tell that the linens hadn’t been cleaned and changed. Had to ask for clean linen. Water doesn’t get hot, just lukewarm."

"Although lots of refurbishment was going on around the resort; we had an excellent stay. Our room was very recently renovated. The mini water park and pool side restaurant were right behind our building and both perfect for our young kids. All the employees were great."

"Front desk staff was awesome. Room was good and clean. They came in daily and refreshed towels, made beds and emptied garbage. Would stay thete again."
