Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location. Staff were very nice and would greet us each time we went out or came in. They recommended great places to eat and took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Ubers were easy to get from the hotel if it was raining, otherwise there were a lot of things that were in walking distance. Great stay. Will come back again.

From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff truly deserve a shoutout—they were warm, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, which made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free. The amenities are outstanding and thoughtfully designed. The modern fitness center, beautifully maintained common areas, and well-equipped spaces made the stay both comfortable and convenient. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and stylish, with great attention to detail that made it feel like a home away from home. The location is another major highlight—perfectly situated in South Lake Union, close to dining, shopping, and key Seattle attractions, while still feeling calm and relaxing. Overall, this was a top-tier hotel experience. I would highly recommend Level Seattle Downtown to anyone visiting Seattle, whether for business or leisure. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!
