"If you plan on having hot water, this isn’t the place. My room card didn’t work twice and had to get new cards which is a complete ridiculous inconvenience. The staff didn’t write down my original room number when I checked in. The breakfast was awful. You get what you pay for and I paid for poor quality. never again."

If you want to have a bad experience, be over charged, terrible customer service, and an overall horrible experience, this is the place to stay! "Great staff. Friendly and elevated the stay. Property looks maybe average on the outside but the room itself was clean and updated, as were all the areas like bar, lobby, breakfast, etc. Fitness center could be bigger but it’s also a hotel. Great that they include meals and drinks with the stay. I’ve seen some reviews saying they didn’t like the food but my kid loved it. Perfectly good AYCE option included with the room gets an A+ from me as does the staff."
