"Overall the hotel was inviting room upon entering was very nice. The one horrid drawback was this odd and rather large red blotchy stain about 5inches a few inches from the drain. I got in late so was going to shower in the morning. I did not notice it until the next morning but was in a hurry to get on the road early. So I skipped the shower & now questioned how well the room was actually cleaned & disinfected!"

"All HIEX are about the same. I loved the spacious rooms & the bed was comfortable. The carpets were rather dirty—at least that’s what the bottom of y feet showed."

"The first room I was put in had an odor and the second room also had an odor but they came up and sprayed a deodorizer which helped a little. The bathroom sink sprayed when you turned it on."
