「Personal are really nice!! Hotel needs a lot of updates. Pillow cases are in really bad shape, really old, with holes. You want to come and rest in a nice pillow. They give you water. We appreciate with the heat. 」

「First off, the spa has limited hours and was closed the first day I was there; in addition, you have to pay about as much to use the spa as you do to to stay in the hotel. The spa looked really nice, but I never got to experience it. The swimming pool is quite bland with water a bit too cool for my liking and I was afraid to put my head under water for the fact the water wasn't very clear. The food in the restaurant was very good but had the atmosphere was that of a hospital cafeteria--zero...

「I booked this hotel last minute since the hotel I booked had an age minimum that I wasn't aware of. This hotel turned out to be the best experience. From location to staff and the included breakfast. Breakfast everuday was a highlight and the lobby/eating area is a greay place ro retreat and stay cool without sitting under the AC. The location is close to downtown. Walking distance to everywhere i needed to be. They even have some kids play toys and little play house. I love that they didn't...

「Sylvia (who speaks English) and her staff were very pleasant and helpful. As it was hot in Oaxaca at the time of my visit, Sylvia provided me two fans to keep cool at night. I'm not an early morning eater, so I didn't try their breakfast but I had use of a shared refrigerator, kitchen area and their cold, filtered water dispenser. The room I had was spartan but clean. The hotel is in walking distance of Centro (10 minutes?). I would definitely stay there again. 」
