I was impressed with my stay here, to begin they offered a delicious complimentary breakfast which is a complete breakfast, beverage, fruit/bread, and a main dish. All the staff provided us with excellent service. I also loved the location of our hotel very close to everything. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Oaxaca.

La atención es increíble, muy amables y con solución a lo que se ofrece. Limpio, nuestra habitación sin ruido y cerca de la alberca. Muuuuy cerca de varios puntos turísticos y justo a lado del andador. Tiendas y restaurantes todo alrededor. Cerca de los mercados y templos para poder visitarlos a pie. Everyone there was wonderful. From the front desk staff who recommended a yummy tacos spot late at night, to the people who served breakfast, to the solo female bartender at the pool, we would stay here again in our next Oaxaca trip. Location was excellent. About a 10 min walk to most everywhere we wanted. Lots of shopping in the area. Room was clean and AC was cold! The hallways smelled wonderful. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. Thank you everyone for making us feel so taken care of.

The room was nice, and it is in a great location. There is a travel agency inside that helped me book a trip to Monte Alban, and it was great. The free breakfast is wonderful! I did not use the gym but several people used it everyday. The view from the roof is great. The central area called Zocalo is an easy walk. There are shops and restaurants and ATMs nearby. There is a pharmacy right across the street. The staff was friendly. It can be noisy at night but I could always sleep through it, and it was mainly in Saturday. The pool on the roof seemed nice, but I did not get to use it. I would stay here again.

Beautifully refurbished old mansion with a dining/common courtyard. The location is absolutely ideal for easily exploring Oaxaca. Right next to a pedestrian only street diminishing vehicle traffic. The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff accommodating, and efficient. Breakfast is superb and the pool/terrace is great for cooling off and enjoying the views. Highly recommended.

Hay dos tipos de cuartos, no viene especificado en la reservación. Las de tercer piso camas muy malas, le entra luz por todos lados y los baños muy pequeños con mala luz

Fantastic location, internal beautiful courtyard, and the breakfast was very hearty. It is in the center so there is some boisterous noise Saturday night, but it has nothing to do with the property. Definitely worth it for the central location.

I truly enjoyed my stay at hotel parador de Alcala! It was clean, modern and located on a beautiful street not accessible to cars. Staff were friendly and included breakfast was delicious. Our room was spacious and the shower had good water pressure which felt like a major upgrade.
