"The hotel itself is stunning, but unfortunately, the staff—particularly the concierges—were not very friendly or accommodating. Additionally, there were no complimentary amenities like toothbrushes, water, or coffee available. When I requested an ice bucket, which I expected to find in my room, I never received it. The food prices were also excessively high. While the hotel is lovely, I don’t think I’ll be returning."
