Contacting the front desk, they said they were booked up and since we booked through a third party, priority went to other guests. After an hour texting with a customer service rep from Hotels.com, he was finally able to get a substitute king suite room."

The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and inviting, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property. I truly appreciated the level of service and would not hesitate to return in the future."

"Trying to park at the hotel was challenging, however once we found the parking garage across the street we were good. We had an amazing view on the 63rd floor. My only complaint was the shower smelled like mildew and the lack of hooks for towels to hang... Staff was great"
