"We stayed here one night when bad weather caused a flight cancellation. The airport shuttle didn't work for us in either direction. We waited 25 min for pickup in 15 deg weather and never saw the shuttle. I tried to call the front desk twice but couldn't get to speak to a person. The automated message said the shuttle was running. We eventually took the Hilton's shuttle and walked over from the Hilton to the Best Western. The next morning we tried to get the shuttle back to the airport but we're turned away because we didn't make a reservation (it was full). We were never told there was a reservation. The "shuttle" was just a regular minivan."

"We were in town on business. Found the room very clean, the staff kind and accommodating and the restaurant on site was excellent. We will need to travel there again in the fall and plan to stay at that Holiday Inn because of the great experience. "

"This hotel is very outdated in many ways, including modern communications stuff, like simple plugs for getting online using USB-3 drives, or just normal USB-3 cables. And the restaurant is OK but the food is not that good, and the service is not always friendly."
