「The hotel was very easy to get to right off the highway. We were able to get an early check-in to get ready for a wedding. The room was spacious and seemed clean however it did have a very strong oder to it. Not sure if it was a cleaner or something they put onto the carpet or floors. I needed to open the window to try to air it out. I should have requested a different room but I was only there for one night. 」

「It was a beautiful hotel. I will say the morning staff at the registration welcome desk, specifically Gretta, was not warm or friendly, very robotic, and never smiled, which really removes the whole inviting customer service appeal. The valets were awesome, especially Raymond, very personable. The breakfast was amazing, and I loved the outside dining experiences, especially in the morning. The other staff were also fabulous, room service turned down our beds, and they were both professional...

「First this property is about 3 minutes drive from Bradley Airport. Very convinience. Clean, free parking. Free breakfast. Amazing staff. Super easy check in. Clean and big rooms. 1 minute from mayor highway that can take you any place you want to go/visit. It is only 20 minutes from Hartford downtown. Lots of fun, restaurants, entertainments, mayor malls etc.」
