"Nice and easy to get too, really quiet as it’s in the middle of an industrial estate. Fire alarm was triggered at 11pm and 4am due to someone vaping in the toilets but the staff were really quick and resolving the issue. Lots of complimentary breakfast available. Toilet facilities in the room could do with a refresh as looking dates and had a damp smell to the shower cubicle even though is was dry."

"One night stay at the property. It was in a nice area and grounds. The room was adequate, bed was comfortable. Wardrobe doors were broken. Shower wasn’t the best at all. Facilities were good, Enjoyed the gym and sauna / ice room (no ice in there tho, just a cold shower) Breakfast was good. Upon check out I asked the lady on reception about the £50 fee they took from me as a holding fee, she said that she was processing them that day, so I expected it to be returned within a couple of days....

"Only booked Wednesday to stay Thursday night and got an exceptional deal breakfasts brilliant. Very grand and leisure centre very good pool warm and gym good . could definitely recommend We were upgraded and had large bedroom with 4 poster bed. Very good to do the Royal Airforce Museum at Shifnal that also was excellent. The day after we went to National Memorial Arboretum at Staffordshire well worth and visit and these two places were ffree of charge. "

"Convenient to road system but unaffected by traffic noise. Free parking. Reception friendly and efficient. Lifts available. My room had 2 double beds which made the room seem cramped. The bed I used was comfortable. Ensuite bath with an over shower. I had to fix the shower curtain back on the track to avoid soaking the floor. Food good quality and reasonably priced."

"Very comfortable stay. Nice pool, nice room with opening window for fresh air. But, most importantly, every single member of staff was exceptionally friendly and polite - and they all work hard. Service really good, restaurant food is amazing. Each meal I tried (for the week) was spot on. Especially the duck! Prices very reasonable imho. Also, in the bar open during the day, small breakfast options such as baps are available. Really nice overall feel."
