I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally spacious and spotlessly clean, which made it very comfortable. The only small downside was the lack of a fridge, which would have been a useful addition. The leisure facilities were excellent and well maintained, adding real value to the stay. Staff throughout the hotel were attentive, friendly, and genuinely happy to help, which created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily recommend this hotel.

Bar was good, comfortable bed and excellent staff at reception. The life guard was also very accommodating with the locker as I couldn’t see due to leaving my glasses in the room.

Lovely hotel modern clean rooms had all you need. Pool size and amenities were excellent staff all lovely easy check in and check out had dinner in the restaurant food was really nice great choice so many I would have had but only stayed one night and no room for pudding but the choice was excellent great breakfast and lovely staff all in all a great one night stay to visit family located close to shops and cinema etc which was ideal couldn’t fault anything we will stay again when we come to visit family hopefully for a little longer next time

First time we have stayed in a Holiday inn ,I can honestly say the Telford Holiday Inn was beyond what I expected,the staff where excellent and friendly,had dinner in the restaurant, and a big shoutout for Sharon our waitress who made sure everything was ok,our food was excellent and service first class ,will definitely stay again
