The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Ironbridge Gorge The room and bathroom was clean and every member of we met were very pleasant and helpful.Breakfast was ok but we ate in the restaurant one night and was disappointed with the food,in our opinion it wasn’t very tasty.

Excellent location though no onsite parking but car park nearby. The member of staff who booked us in and showed us to our room, and later served us in the restaurant, was exceptional - welcoming, cheerful, informative, helpful. The member of staff who served breakfast was equally good - efficient, cheerful and helpful. Food was good and the room was comfortable and clean.

Amazing stay here this weekend. Greeted and taken to room with a round of cheeky banter. We ate on the evening and breakfast is included in price. There is a booklet in the room which tells you everything you need to know. Including alternative restaurants to eat at.

Excellent location with the River Severn outside my window. Very pleasant walks in the evening. Comfortable and well appointed room with very good shower. Staff were so helpful. I'd paid for b&b but had to leave before breakfast was served, so they made me a simple but nutritious packed lunch. Dinner was good - especially the lamb chops with so many tasty little accompaniments. Would be very happy to stay again.

I definitely would return.

Wonderful stay in picturesque inn. You might need a guide to find your room, but, once found, it will comfortable and bright with all you need. Breakfasts are great, as is the restaurant, and the staff were cheerful and helpful! The location is an added bonus as it is very picturesque.
