Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk! Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. 「It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.」

「We stayed in a junior suite. The whole layout of this suite is strange, just like an old residential bedroom adding with a toilet and living room but doesn’t match the overall style / design at all. The water supply of the basin tub is totally out of control (bathtub was ok) either crazy hot or freezing cold, one way or other!!! The hotel seems to be very “environmental friendly” where the supplies for the bathroom is extremely controlled, for example, only 1 small bottle of liquid soap for a...

「I stayed in several hotels when I used to visit Como. Now I live on the lake and when I stay in Como, this is my preferred hotel. The location is excellent, nestled in the pedestrian streets, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. Staff are always extremely helpful and give you a complementary drink upon arrival. All rooms have coffee / tea facilities and you get a bottle of water also. 」
