「very good stay， all staffs are kind, but not easy to find.」

「I loved staying at the kenusamari hotel. Will definitely go back. Small hotel with lovely pool , only steps to the beach, restaurants, spas and bars. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially darling Dya, she’s a wonderful waitress. Always there with a smile and kind word. This hotel is a hidden Gem. Hope it doesn’t get too popular, or l might miss out on booking next trip. Best fish at their restaurant, l had all stay in Sanur. 😊🙏🙏」

「Booked via Expedia. However after travelling across the world, the Hotel said they do not have my reservation and that Expedia reservations are invalid despite me showing the receipt. I had to pay again just to have a bed in a dorm instead of my reserved twin room. Staff were rude and dismissive. Unacceptable and disappointing.」

「This was a magical place to spend a few days. The room was superb and perfect for our needs and the location was idyllic high in the mountains. What made this stand out though was the superb Concierge who organised and booked all of our visits to the many attractions of the area. Transport, timings and tickets were all taken care of.
