First of all the view was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and of course with a view . The hotel was close to the Sapa station . I would definitely come back and stay here again ….

Beautiful hotel! The staff is so friendly and let us hangout in the lobby since we got to the hotel hours before check-in and let us keep our luggage and hangout the next day while we waited for our bus. They offered us free breakfast the first day and the option to shower the second. The staff were wonderful and helpful! The views from our room were amazing, and the setup of the room was awesome with a living room below and the bedroom, bathroom, and balcony upstairs. This is the hotel to stay at if you’re in Sapa!

We stayed for two nights at Sapa Pine Hill and the staff is great! The room is clean and all the stores, restaurants, and transportation are all in walkable distance. Would definitely recommend for anyone who comes to Sapa and stay at Pine Hill Ecolodge.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sapa Pine Hill Ecolodge. It's located right by the town square but felt as if we were still within the countryside surrounded by the trees and nature which allowed us to enjoy the best of both environments. We stayed in the bungalow suite that was nestled within the woods which had a cabin like feel that was so cozy and relaxing and gave us restful sleep. Sitting in the balcony and enjoying the view of the mountains while soaking in the sun or rain was such a treat. At the time of check-out, the staff surprised us with tasty sandwiches and bottle waters for our journey back which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend Sapa Pine Hill Ecolodge for anyone who's wanting to have close access and walking distance to town but still wanting an escape in the relaxing nature side of Sapa.

We booked the one bedroom bungalow for 4 nights. The room had a very good mountain view and was comfortable. However the bedroom is located upstairs of the sitting area. Unfortunately as we are an elderly couple, we find going up and down the steep stairs difficult. Had to change to the deluxe room without steps. Will not recommend the 2-storey bungalow room for those with walking difficulties. Other than that, hotel is great with wonderful staff. Breakfast buffet is excellent with nice views. Hotel is very well located to Sapa station and the Square. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. Taxi transport is cheap and easily available via Grab.

The hotel was stunning. We unfortunately came in foggy weather so did not get to enjoy the views but the bungalow was so cosy and comfortable. It has good working air con/heating and an electric blanket in the bed as it was cold when we were there. It's so clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely, the little wooden tub was so cute and made for a lovely hot bath. It was clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. They accomodated early check in as soon as a room was available and offered shower facilities in the meantime and allowed us to enjoy breakfast as we had arrived very early following the sleeper train. Amazing stay, 100% come here if you're staying in Sapa. It's very central to the shops, restaurants and Sapa station. You can walk to Moana from here too, about 15 minutes downhill.

Nice cabin like hotel. Staff were helpful & welcoming. Rooms good size. Bathroom were of good size, but the sink leaked. The tub didn’t look like its drainage was put correctly. Breakfast unfortunately was not satisfactory. Location was good and walking distance to restaurants, cafe & station.

Lovely place. We were in a bungalow, a small living room downstairs overlooking trees and part of the town, mountains behind…even better view from the bedroom above. Large bed, asked and got extra pillows. Good shower. Safe in the room and hairdryer. The staff are amazing. We arrived at 7am from the overnight Vicsapa Train from Hanoi. Even though official check in time was 2pm they showed us to the breakfast room with a great buffet where we ate and relaxed for a while. They got us in to our room/bungalow by midday at no extra cost for early check in. When we left Nam gave us a bag of sandwiches for the train, no charge, he’s very kind and gracious. . I didn’t get all the staff names but everyone was great. Lan Anh gave us lots of advice and she helped us change our return train tickets. A very good experience. Be aware that Sapa is a very busy built up town, bring earplugs. We thought we were going to be out in the mountains more, but you’re in a busy mountain town. Visit the glass bridge, it’s great fun. If you need a driver for a day ask for Cai who works for Vicsapa. He took us around and he’s brilliant.

The property is very clean. Its comparable to staying in a cabin surrounded by lush trees and plants. Breakfast is a complete meal not just the typical cereals and muffins. They have noodle soup eggs cooked to your liking. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Pine Hill Eco Lodge is in an excellent location but it’s up a rather steep hill so it’s best to take a Grab car when out shopping. The two room cabin is wonderful BUT the stairs to each bed room are VERY Steep so please consider a different room if you have issues with stairs. The front staff were amazing and helped us with tickets and even ordering a birthday cake. I highly recommend this hotel and also visiting SAPA as it was a lot of fun and has some very beautiful sights. The area is highly focused on tourists and honestly it’s a bit tacky but the people are very friendly and the food is reasonable in terms of price and high quality. Land slides are common in the rainy season so you may experience some delays but its worth the effort.
