"Nous sommes arrivés peu avant que l'orage éclate : barrière de la langue (même Google traduction ne suffisait pas), humidité au maximum dans la chambre, toutes nos affaires étaient humides et il y avait des limaces dans la salle de bain et même dans la chambre le matin. Le petit déjeuner est bon mais très cher. La vue devait être belle mais la brume nous empêchait de voir les paysages "

"Ok on plus points the room was like a wooden hut with balcony outside. I really liked it and it was clean with firm but comfortable mattress. The shared shower was reasonable with hot and powerful enough showers. All rooms have padlock in which you take the key. Negative points. The rooms have no sound proofing at all. A family was staying in shared dorm attached and got up at 5am everyday talking, laughing very loud and was impossible to sleep. Could hear a cat cough in next room and thats not...

Top Sa Pa Hotel Reviews

Hotel Sapa Square, Affiliated by Meliá

8/10 Good

"The hotel’s location was fantastic! Situated right next to Sun Plaza, it offered a wonderful view of the lively main plaza from our room’s window, allowing us to soak in the buzz and excitement while still enjoying a comfortable distance from the crowds. The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious, especially the bathroom. Most shops and cafes were just a few minutes’ walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. However, I wouldn’t particularly recommend the hotel’s spa hair-washing service. There are plenty of shops offering similar services nearby, with more choices and more competitive prices, so I’d suggest exploring the options outside instead. Also, note that no iron is provided in the room, and requesting one will entail an additional charge."

Hôtel de la Coupole - MGallery

8/10 Good

"The hotel design and architecture are unique, however it showed some aging signs or due to poor maintenance (cracked floors, old carpet, peeled paint, and a strong moldy smell in the indoor pool area). I was disappointed bc i so looked forward to use the pool. The positives are the helpful staff, uncomparable buffet breakfast, a private pasage to the Fansipan ticket station, and the WOW pass to Fansipan (valued at 500k vnd) exclusively for staying guests. The hotel is located in the center of town where you could walk to the stone church, cultural center, and the love market (Saturday night only). Overall, it is a good place to stay."

Sapa Horizon Hotel & Skybar

10/10 Excellent

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel! The location is excellent, within walking distance of Sapa Square, Sapa Market, and plenty of shopping options. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. The hotel is clean and offers great amenities. We especially loved the rooftop bar overlooking the city and surrounding mountains. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy drinks, relax, and unwind while listening to great music. We highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel without hesitation. We would definitely love to stay here again!"

KK Sapa Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"I would like to thank Mayu for exceptional customer service. We are given cool gifts from her. There is also more affordable laundry service that you can opt for. She has helped us to facilitate that. We also requested some eggs so that we can have it after our Fansipan trip. It is great that she actually arrange to give us to our room. Thank so much"
