「We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.」

「山景房間景觀非常美麗，服務人員態度賠償友善親切，離沙壩市鎮走路15分鐘不算太遠，坐車也很方便，可惜游泳池在室內，空氣流通不好！」

All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A special thank you to Wendy, Lisa, and the other staff members whose names I unfortunately forgot. We truly appreciate your kindness and warm hospitality. Thank you for making our stay in Sapa so wonderful and memorable! We would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️」

「The staff at Sapa Pine Hill were so friendly and welcoming, we were blown away by how helpful and kind they were during our stay! The hotel looks beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, and there is even a special little friend that appears from time to time to say hello!」
