「We experienced a very decent stay in Sapa Horizon Hotel. Room was spacious. The Fansipan mountain view from the balcony was stunning. The bathroom was equipped with a heater which was a great surprise in the cold weather. We travelled to Sapa by overnight train. The check in time was 1:00pm. 「The hotel is very close to the city centre. You just need a few minutes walk. The room is spacious enough with a nice balcony. The breakfast was nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to book the bus ticket to Hanoi with a discounted price. The only thing to critise is that there's some smell in the washroom. But it's acceptable. You really can't ask for more with this price.」

「We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.」

「皆さん大変親切でおもてなしが最高でした。ガヤガヤしているエリアから少し離れた立地にあるので静かに過ごせます。客室も綺麗で内装も落ち着きました。1階のフロントとカフェの雰囲気も良くて、朝食はやさしい食事、ここのバナナは美味しかったです。1日だけ他のホテルよりも比べものにならないほど良かったです。またサパに来る時には絶対にここに泊まります。」
