"The service was amazing staff are so friendly.
We only had one problem our room smelt a bit like sewers you can only smell it when you walk in once you’re in the room for awhile it’s sort of goes because obviously you get used to the smell"
"Absolutely gorgeous hotel and I can't believe I got it for the price I did. I stayed alone on business mid week and the facilities were brilliant.
A high standard Spa with a beautiful view out of the windows, decent sized gym (although it opened quite late at 7am, not the best when you have an early start - 6am would be perfect) and I even treated myself to a late evening massage (Emily was great).
The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, and the staff were all very polite and helpful.
I'd be staying much more often if the price was that achievable mid week (circa £120)."

Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. "We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
