「Parking was fine as the car park was almost empty, restaurant was closed and not likely to open any time soon. Bar was open but it only served bottled beer and it was £5 a bottle. Room and en suite was ok but a bit unloved. I had to go out to eat which was a pain as I really didn’t know the area and I definitely wouldn’t go back. 」

The staff are so friendly and the food is really great, especially the breakfast, such a nice selection. My only suggestion is that they need to put a small fridge in the rooms, apart from that, love the place!!!!」

「Room excellent, upgraded to executive room, but on 2nd floor, with no lift working. This was OK, but only because we had very light luggage. We really need a ground floor room if there's no lift now, as we are both pensioners sand beginning to experience mobility issues with stairs.」

「15 minutes drive from the Lincoln Showground, it's a light and airy hotel, friendly staff. The bathroom tiling was unfinished and the mastic areas were roughly done. Having said that the room was clean, bed, pillows and linens were very comfortable. The breakfast was okay, basic and a little dry (bacon, beans and egg) but we didn't come down to eat until 9.30am so maybe that was why. 「This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.」
