"The facility and the staff were awesome. My only complaint would be the mattress. It's time to upgrade. They are way to stiff."

"Hotel was convenient to airport, shopping and restaurants. The staff was great and our room was clean. The pool water was clean but all around the edge was algae so I chose not to swim. Disappointed as it was a hot AZ day. Also didn’t know there was a parking fee. Overall a good stay. "

"Gorgeous well established landscaping and grounds. We really enjoyed the feeling of privacy and the lower room count. The pool isn’t very big, so when there are small children it can feel like everyone is on top of each other. The only missing amenity would be an in room refreshments/mini bar. "

"We visited during a time when the resort had a large event scheduled, which was supposed to shut down the main pool area. While the pool never fully closed, several amenities were affected. Multiple restaurant options were unavailable, the slide was shut down for part of the day, and there were periods without music, which took away from the overall experience. The most frustrating aspect was the lack of communication. We only learned about the potential pool closure after asking about renting a cabana. There was no prior notice about restaurant closures—we found out only when we tried to dine. Additionally, some staff members seemed unaware of what was open or closed, leading to inconsistent and confusing information. That said, the resort itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff were very kind and understanding when we raised our concerns. I would still recommend this resort and would consider staying again, but I hope they improve communication, especially regarding large events that impact guest amenities."

"We were there for a family event. The amenities were great and the breakfast / snack afternoon were a pleasant bonus. Made for a fun long weekend with the right breaks coming back to the hotel and regroup! "

"The staff was superb-very friendly. Way over priced for what you get. Felt something on my feet in bed-it was a CRICKET! The bed was comfortable, but the room felt run down and not sparkling clean. There was no soap by the sink and the AC made terrible revving noises all night. There was a flood in the kitchen area in the morning, so the staff cancelled breakfast. My husband and daughter were very disappointed. Breakfast may have redeemed the stay, as they are big breakfast eaters. I am not, so it didn't bother me. They should have at least put out bread and fruit in the lobby while they mopped. Would not stay here again. We've staying in nice places that were $60 a night, and this one was $230!!"
