No hot water. Broken lamp. Walls had marker drawn on it in the bathroom. The door to the bedroom and the carpet were torn up (looks like from a dog). The cable for the TV in the bedroom was broken and didn’t work. What looked like food splatter was on the walls near the kitchen. Homeless surrounded the hotel and I also came across a cockroach in the bathroom as well.

Do not stay here if you want a clean or safe location. I checked out not even 30 mins after arriving because I did not want to subject my family in staying here nor did I feel comfortable leaving my stuff here for 2 nights without getting my room or car broken into. The check in receptionist was nice and friendly despite being very busy, that was the only positive experience. Everything else went down hill fast. Property: Dog crap through out the complex. One elevator did not work which sucked, but not the end of the world. Security gates left open & few non guest hanging around the property. One of these random people was even sn0rting nose candy on the stairwell out in the open while my family walked by. The pool looked like it would be great but the hot tub I wouldn’t dare touching. Room: I got a “non smoking” room but it smelled like stale cigarettes. An opened bottle of gin in our room plus gum wrappers in the garbage can in the bathroom, perhaps someone wanted to cover up the smell of alcohol while on the clock? LOT of random stains throughout the walls and carpet. There were air fresheners placed inside the air vents. Ash tray & used cigs/vape in the patio. Parking lot: a car had smashed windows from a very large rock that was thrown from hotel patio & one car got their gas siphoned. Went to the receptionist to check out & they didn’t seem very surprised by all that I told them. Cherry on top was the “street worker” walking into the parking lot as we left

Cigarette burn on the bathroom wall. Rooms stink of stale cigarettes. Very old and dated furniture. Pool and hot tub both cold water and dirty. Elevator floor looked like it hadn't seen a mop in months. Definitely will not be staying here again.

The lobby was rundown. When I entered the energy was chaotic. Various guests were demanding refunds because rooms were dirty and smelt of urine. The woman in front of me said, “Don’t stay here. It’s disgusting. Just get a refund.” So that’s what we did.

The room was filthy. The room smells of animal urine and must. Old food came out of the pull out couch, and the mattress flattened completely.

The room was old and dank, the air conditioning was down and the staff was aware of it when they showed the room. Nothing offered to help except to open the doors (which is reckless, being in a less than stellar area of Phoenix).

The man at the counter was very nice, but the room felt like it was 100 degrees and the AC didn't work.

Our room was on the 4th floor and both elevators were broken. Was very dirty all around and smelled really bad. The shower had mold and the room didn’t have AC and it was boiling in our room. We couldn’t open the window because the balcony of the room next to us smelled disgusting because it was covered in dog poop. Would never stay again

DO NOT GO TO THIS MOTEL!!!! It was disgusting, smells bad and in a terrible neighborhood. Nothing on the pictures reflect the property. No hot water furniture torn. People smoking drugs and the elevators did not work. There also other tenants/guest because they appeared to live there had large dogs. They were not emotional support animals.
