The option having our own kitchen was perfect, beach chairs , cooler with dishes and ice packs to take to the beaches, our own out door space and a shared clean pool that was mostly to ourselves. 「The best thing about this property is Edmond. He is the best host I have had in my many years of frequent travel. What a guy. The place itself is great and the rooms and simple but worth the stay. It's way below the otherwise expensive rooms in Aruba and you get basically the same thing except no Edmond in those other hotels. So stay here instead!!」

「The property itself is not on the beach. It’s across the street. The staff should be taught better on how to direct you. What seating on the beach accommodates the hotel. So here I’m gonna save you a whole lot of confusion. It’s Across The Street slightly to the right reflections beach club. Now let’s get to the seating area at the beach. 「We enjoyed our stay. Onsite staff were helpful and friendly. It was nice to have chairs and umbrella available and all the small things provided. My only issue was that not enough toilet paper was provided so we had to go and buy some and a few extra towels would have been helpful. Other than that we loved it and would highly recommend 」

「Maybe Im overreacting but there was no way to contact staff, no "reception" area, and is far from all amenities. I chose this place because it stated I would have Expedia VIP benefits (a bottle of wine) and that seemed nice to unwind after a stressful day. But there was no wine. No person to contact. No nearby stores. I was majorly disappointed because it wasn't the experience I was expecting when I booked. 」
