「My husband and I stayed for 4 nights to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. It was magic. Never a problem to get a palapa or a table at any of the restaurants (all of which were spectacular- we did not choose the all-inclusive option, but did dine in several times). The yoga classes were so gorgeous overlooking the water, and the spa was great. Our stay was so peaceful and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. 」

「Property was good. Housekeeping was very poor needs improvement Day 1 only 3 sets of towels for a room that was paid for 4 occupants and only 2 bottles of bottled water, concierge said limited to 2 bottles. Day 2 No Kleenex, no cups . Day 3 They filled Kleenex box with 1/4 of tissues Making it look like it was full Day 4 no toilet paper Kettles in rooms need to be updated so slow. Carpet in room was only vacuumed once. Concierge not helpful every time we walked past they would keep eyes glued...

「I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine」

「Very friendly staff: cleaning crew, maintenance, servers. The cleaning crew doesn’t start until almost 10 which is great because u can sleep in and relax. There was a small issue with check in but the staff prompletely addressed it and offered something in return. Definitely would recommend this resort. Also very clean 」
