「I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. The only drawback was that when we checked in, there were only two groups in front of us, but we had to wait for half an hour. Other than that everything is fine」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

「The hotel location and facilities were excellent! It was so nice to have a microwave and a full-size refrigerator for drinks and groceries. When we were here, the pool was almost empty. We had plenty options for chairs at both the ground floor pool and the rooftop adults-only pool. The room was extremely clean and the housecleaning service was impeccable. The negatives: we found the customer service to be average. For example, we got there around 3pm for a 4pm check-in. I understand the room...

「The view of golf field is superb. Its in the middle of 2 comercial spots on the island. Driving and parking are easy here.」

Housekeeping was very poor needs improvement Day 1 only 3 sets of towels for a room that was paid for 4 occupants and only 2 bottles of bottled water, concierge said limited to 2 bottles. Day 2 No Kleenex, no cups . Day 3 They filled Kleenex box with 1/4 of tissues Making it look like it was full Day 4 no toilet paper Kettles in rooms need to be updated so slow. Carpet in room was only vacuumed once. Concierge not helpful every time we walked past they would keep eyes glued...
