「Perfect location - right in the middle of the action yet tucked away and completely quiet with the windows closed, if desired. Breakfast was lovely and a nice way to start each day. 「We experienced a fantastic stay at Residenza Gens Julia. Urszula the host is warm, kind, and very responsive via WhatsApp. The self-serve breakfast offerings have a wide range, have plenty of quantity, and are restocked well. Most of all, the location is unbeatable: One is in the center of Rome where all the major sights and shopping areas are walkable. Also, the pizza place on the righthand side right next to the Residenza is excellent.」

「Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass.
I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect.
Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask.
Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins...

「This is a great and central location. You can walk easily or catch a taxi or train nearby. There is a lot of construction going on nearby but this apartment was lovely, recently updated, and very clean. The housekeeper is super sweet. I would definitely book here again. 「Location, location, location! This is a guesthouse not a hotel. It’s an amazing value if you don’t mind a firm bed. I booked this room because I wanted a bathtub. There is a 2 person hot tub in the room that is separate from the bathroom which has a walk in shower. Since we were celebrating a special occasion we had requested flowers and fruit upon arrival for a fee. I believe that we were given the nicest room, room 206. It has a small private terrace.
