「Alison on reception was lovely, really friendly and welcoming. We are in the restaurant and the food was great. Our room was really nice, had everything we needed. We also had breakfast which was nice and Aimee was really cheerful 」

「A tastefully and comfortably modernised pub in a somewhat downbeat village near the M1 and airport but surprisingly quiet. The M1 is white noise in the background. I couldn't hear the planes. Rooms in the pub's grounds were comfortable with parking right outside and the food was amazing, including breakfast. No soggy mushrooms! If I was a lone female traveller I would feel particularly safe here. Very happy that we broke our journey overnight and will definitely do so again. 」
