「The hotel is new and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the AC worked well. The location is also fantastic as a staging point to explore Kota Kinabalu and the surrounding area. There are tons of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again!」
「位置方面，鄰近centre point，方便兌換外幣或報本地團，又近菲律賓市場，方便搵食及購買紀念品。
房間方面，我們訂的是三房一廳單位，確實可以瞓足八人，很闊落，冷氣夠，熱水足。
衞生方面，曾出現甴曱及四腳蛇，毛巾比較殘舊，亦沒有牙膏牙刷提供，要自備，需扣分。
此外，該處一樓有游泳池，環境及水質良好，不用房匙便可進入，屈蛇都可以去，又夠大，可加分。
以這個價錢來說，已算超值，但要適當接受缺點，此外，服務員是有禮的，但她應該不是長駐該處，故必須預先跟她交換電話，以便支援及相約check in and out的時間」
