「Reserved a King Suite Arrived and was given a regular room. Requested another room and was denied at first with the clerk stating nothing else was available. I persisted in requesting a room that met my reservation and the manager was called. A double queen room was provided. Should not have an issue like this on a reservation made well in advance.」

「Nothing」

「We like it because it is a quiet place. They have breakfast. Nothing fancy. Just enough to help you get some energy for the day. The coffee is a not for us. I would rather have had a boiled egg, oatmeal with good toppings and fruit and cheese. Just me. We we are in the area , this is our go to place. Everyone is accommodating.」

「Overall very nice stay but little misleading on procedures to check in check out. Good location for nearby attractions like the lab/ aquarium Poseys seafood Trident food Wooley park」

This time just making noise. I paid nearly $800 for this room and it is awful that I didn’t sleep and the room was hot and smelled of...

「6 out of 10」

「Have stayed here several times and have always had a good stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was very helpful. I couldn't be in my home due to a mold issue and was supposed to check out the morning of the hurricane. There were no available rooms at Snowbird. The front desk took down my number and called me within an hour and told me they had a room for me. So grateful!」

「Convenient location to FAMU/FSU and Tallahassee in general. Room was clean, pleasant staff and offered a daily breakfast. Would definitely stay again when visiting Tallahassee.」
