「It was a nice diversion from a traditional hotel experience. The staff was great in every interaction we had with them. Front desk, dining room staff, housekeeping, maintenance staff. No exceptions - they were all friendly, considerate and helpful. The room was comfortable - warning: no TV, no microwave, no refrigerator. The AC minimum was set to 69. The dining room had great food - warning: don't get the vegetable medley. The boat tour was enjoyable and surprisingly affordable. There were...

「If I could give this hotel a -10 star review I would. If you're planning on staying here number one do not bring your service animal or be prepared to be questioned about your service animal because Raj will do just that. And do it with an attitude. He made my sister almost cry when he was questioning her about her service animal. He is very very rude and has a major attitude. And then when we went to go to bed let me tell you about their beds it's like sleeping on the floor if you like...

「Good place to stay, if you need to be in Bristol. My room had fridge and microwave - both clean, but no iron(didn't need it) and no hair dryer(needed it). Restroom cleanliness is number one to me and it was clean. No breakfast. Keep this in mind because Expedia says "breakfast included". Instead I was given 2 bags for 2 days with bottles of water , crackers and a bar. One bag was open and some stuff missing. I don't eat this anyway so I didn't care :) There is a diner close by that opens at 7...

「Wonderful stay at this location! Very clean and peaceful. Greeted at the front desk by a friendly young lady. Rooms were updated with hardwood floors and new furniture. Beds were super comfortable. Great to have a separate section with a microwave and good size fridge. Bathroom was also clean and updated. Breakfast was amazing and the lady working, Sharon, was so kind and kept everything super clean and breakfast items stacked. Really nice courtyard. Will definitely stay here again!」

「The front desk was very friendly and patient, the room was clean and quiet, parking was convenient, a great hotel!」

「Loved this property for FSU family weekend. Very clean, everyone was friendly, helpful, great communication.」

「Great bed and breakfast in the beautiful small town of Quincy. Bek was a wonderful and accommodating host. Was there for parents weekend at FSU and it was a reasonable distance from Tallahassee. The surrounding neighborhood has some beautiful homes and mature oak trees that were impressive.」

「The property was extremely clean the staff would respond quickly was informative was very helpful. The room was nicely decorated beds were comfortable hot water great water pressure snacks and drinks nothing negative parking near the door. Great location easy in and out.」

「The location is convenient to restaurants, stores, and I-10. However, the area is sketchy; it didn't feel safe. The hotel decor is fantastic; however, the room smelled like mildew. I couldn't bear to stay in the first room, and I was moved to a different room upon request. The 2nd room also had an unpleasant odor; however, it was somewhat bearable, Clearly, the property has an issue with humidity/moisture, There were even signs of rusty drywall nail stains near the ceilings on both rooms. The...

「Everything was great」

「The breakfast was amazing. Some of the staff was amazing. One of the lady’s who answered the phone I believe her name was Dena could use some better customer service skills.」

「Everyone from the general manager to the bistro staff to the maintenance team were friendly, professional and a pleasure to interact with!」

「Clean room Helpful staff. Well-lit parking lot.」
