「Me pareció muy frio el hotel de noche. Se podria evitar colocando vidrios en los arcos al lado de la piscina porque el choque térmico al salir del comedor, por ejemplo, es muy duro y uno se resfria. Hay que pensar en las personas de la tercera edad que son los clientes mas abundantes. Tambien me parece que está exagerado el cupo para convenciones empresariales, copan la capacidad del hotel y los turistas pailas. Organizar eso debe ser una prioridad. Make sure to be specific with your rooms when you book the view from our room was perfect but as it was located by the entrance there was not much privacy! I traveled with family including two 1 year olds and would book again. The only complaint we had was the entrance to the hotel has a huge hole with no warning for oncoming cars. 」
