Muy rapido Checkin, la habitación no es la mas grande pero es comoda, tiene todos los servicios. el desayuno es abundante y la terraza es ideal para desayunar y luego trabajar

Keine Erholung wegen lauter Musik und Straßenlärm!

⭐️ Guter Preis 33€ Einzelzimmer mit Ventilator ⭐️ Einfacher und freundlicher Checkin ⭐️ Warmwasser vorhanden 😁 ❌ Wlan vorhanden, jedoch permanente Verbindungsabbrüche im Zimmer 206. Somit nicht nutzbar. 😭 ❗️Ich habe die Nacht von Donnerstag auf Freitag dort im Zimmer 206 das zur Straße ausgerichtet ist verbracht. Leider konnte ich trotz geschlossenen Fenster und Ohrenstöpsel wenig bis überhaupt nicht schlafen. Ein Grund ist die sehr laute Musik 🎶 von der anderen Straßenseiten am Abend und der Straßenlärm ab ca. 6:30 Uhr in der Früh. 😱 ❗️Käfer im Zimmer. 🐜 Das enthalte Frühstück war okay. 🙂

El servicio en términos generales bueno La recepción la calificaría como pésima, me recibió un señor en viernes en la noche, con muy mala actitud, incluso me sugirió que pagara de una vez, con eso me demostró desconfianza, me sentí muy mal recibido. Le falta unas clases de atención al cliente, lo califico con un 1,5. En cuanto a las señoras del restaurante, muy bien atendiendo, pero no me parecio bien que tomaran en pedido en cualquier papel, el tamal me lo sirvieron frio, estamos en el siglo 21, hay muchas formas mas tecnificadas de tomar un pedido. La recepcion de la señorita que esta en el dia, fue muy buena. No me hicieron aseo a mi cuarto aun a pesar de que lo pedi.

Horrible experiencia.

Pésimo servicio e intolerantes con la mujer, abusivos. Al llegar no nos entregaron la habitación porque no tenían sistema y la entregaron dos horas después, nos tocó salir a un evento sin poder entrar al baño ni cambiarnos. Para entregar el cuarto tocó esperar a que revisaran todo el cuarto y mi novia tuvo un accidente y manchó una sábana, podría ser algo normal, es mujer, y, sin embargo, nos cobraron las sábanas por nuevas, no pensábamos pagarla y pedimos hablar con el gerente y después de un rato nos dicen que no iba a venir y que la orden era no dejarnos salir si no pagábamos las sábanas, horrible experiencia.
