"It was OK. Staff in general were not friendly or informative. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool is half the size it seems from the site. Great gym. Nothing was mentioned about the hot tub being out or the loud events that would be taking place that evening. It is a party hotel. Loud booming music until late hours of the night for scheduled events."

"Didn't use laundry service. Lots of shops nearby, and restaurants. Was extremely disappointed that they didn't tell us they didn't have any internet services. This included this tv services in room as well, no Netflix or You tubeTV as promised. They should have told us upon check in, but no. They let me check in and preceding to log in and on to tv and phone. Then the phone in room wouldn't connect to Front Desk when you hit the key on phone! So, I had to look up number to hotel and call front desk to ask about all our issues, and got very little "sorries" or offer of any refund."

"The toilet ran every few minutes. Some of the carpet as we entered the room was worn away."

"I’m not a fan of pets in hotels, so it was particularly disturbing to step into the elevator and find pet feces. Guests next to us were questionable. Slamming against furniture and yelling and screaming meant a disturbed sleep. Not the property’s fault, but the response to my phone call to the front desk was appalling, I was advised to call the police if I thought safety was an issue. The male front desk associate communicated with irritation and a pompous attitude. I’m not looking to get anybody fired, but it would seem to me that a guest services refresher course would be a good idea."
