"The only thing that I didn’t like was that they charged us parking which it wasn’t available and they charged me an extra fee without telling me and after I ask what it was they told me it was for if I wanted to use the hot tub which we only stayed for one night."

"Room size felt spacious because furnishings were scaled to fit. It was clean, stylishly, though simply, decorated and had all that I needed. Ice, additional linens, stemmed wine glasses, etc. were available in The Closet, a common supply room open to guests. The upscale toiletries and locally roasted coffee were nice, unexpected touches."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. But the highlight of the hotel is the location. It's right along the Animas River and you can walk out the door to access the river walk. It's also really close to downtown. If you're looking for an affordable convenient option in Durango this is a great spot."
