"Can’t beat this location. We could walk to all of the transit options, tons of restaurants, fisherman’s wharf, and felt very safe. We also walked back from Oracle stadium after our concert and it was an easy walk along the water. Bay view room was worth the extra money to me."

"The friendly and accommodating staff and the central location made the stay a truly memorable one. The hotel is only steps away from Chinatown, and it's the perfect place from which to begin exploring the city. The rooms were immaculate, and the staff were gracious to a fault. I would definitely try to stay here in the future!"

"Our stay was due to a surgery the next morning at UCSF and we needed to check out at 5:00 am the following morning. It so happened that we arrived at the hotel just as a SF ball game was ending. Traffic and parking was a nightmare. I checked in while my husband circled the block looking for parking. Hotel staff was really accommodating and allowed us to park in their loading zone until traffic cleared. They have a parking garage nearby, but it doesn’t open in the mornings as early as we needed to check out. We eventually found a parking spot on the street and all was well. Room and staff were great, but I advise to check out the parking situation if that could be a potential problem."

"The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained and the room was great. Would highly recommend it. I had a minor issue with my room key due to a system glitch but other than that the hotel was excellent."
