"Much more than I expected. The front desk guy at check in answered all our questions and when we explained we were serious food people sent us to the best restaurant in town. We never ate anywhere else. Great location. More affordable and better than the surrounding “ blg deal” hotels. Stay there."

"One member of staff in this hotel went above and beyond to help me recover my mobile phone, which I had lost in a taxi cab. The hotel itself is in a decent location, being so close to the metro and supermarkets. The beds are comfortable and the rooms cleaned daily. My issues were sound proofing, which are non existent(the traffic in Bella Vista is relentless) and breakfasts which are not great. However overall I rate this little budget hotel highly and would stay again. Bring a little Spanish and you will be ok.Ant."

"The room was spotless and the decor was beautiful. The location was very convenient and the staff was friendly, in particular Marciello. The only downsides were that there was no hot water in the shower and the air conditioning vented onto the deck, making it really hot to sit on the deck. "
